After its successful first edition in 2016, the Croquettes Challenge returns to the UK capital in 2018. The popular London Spanish Tapas Restaurant Ember Yard will once again host the contest which will see a host of renowned chefs and restaurants, including last year’s winners Aqua New and Tuyo, Kitty Fisher’s, Señor Ceviche, Farang, Quince, Yosma and more. The winning kibbles will appear on the Ember Yard menu for a week afterward, so you’ll be able to try the champ even if you can’t be there that night.
